What is the black thing above the gearbox?

My Blackjack is missing the black box above the gearbox... what is that?

That is the stock airbox and filter.

Ohhhhhh gotcha OK.

I keep finding all this custom stuff on my blackjack from the previous owner which surprises me because it had 360 miles and she was about 60 years old.

Maybe had a dealer who hooked her up with some "upgrades" or a relative that wanted to make it look cooler?

Yeah she did say her son took it somewhere but I kinda didn't believe her lol. But I keep finding more things so maybe he did.
