2014 Stella turn signals reversed

Post by rosebud »

Just like the title says, when you push the switch to turn on your left indicator, the right indicator blinks, and vice versa. Purchased this used and it was like that when we first saw it. I'm assuming this is a simple wiring switch, but would love some guidance. Thanks so much!

Rosebud,

Are both the front and rear indicators reversed?

What year is your Stella? There minor variances in the switchblock for the 2T Stellas, not sure if the difference was in the wiring, though.
At what point does a hobby become an addiction? I'm uncertain, but after the twelfth scooter, it sorta feels like the latter...

Seriously...I've lost count...

Seven mopeds ...that's still manageable...

It might be possible the switch got put in the housing incorrectly? There's a Phillips screw that holds the cover on.

Yes, both indicators are reversed. It's a 2014. Having it reversed in the housing would be such an easy fix, I'll check that out. Fingers crossed, thanks!
