Please help me on the color of wheels
I am really liking the modified Buddies (mainly cosmetic) there are some very creative ones within this forum. The only thing I have done so far is remove the badges and added a digital clock my next step I want to take is painting the wheels, it would be getting a windshield but who knows when they will be available.
Can you help me pick a color – these are the colors I came down to – what do you think?
Thanx

I did red..... I thought about black but then your wheels look like big chunks of blackness..
How bout this... ( I think I may be doing this) Paint the Rim Black first then tape off some areas of the rim where it makes sense.... then spray again and paint red. Then you have red rims with black accents....

I painted them yellow.
Ok I did it.
Though there were more people that mentioned red over any other color I thought of what several people said about having to live with it so I ultimately choose yellow.
Couple of things: to remove the rear tire you must remove the exhaust. That’s no big deal but I was concerned with reusing the gasket, the dealer said it would be no problem reusing it. Also non stick tape, the blue masking tape sticks to tires that are warm.
Thanx for every ones input.
Here are some pics:
Ohoh yea ………. I think the scoot goes faster now!

Flames!
Took a picture of my flames – I had them on for nearly 3 weeks now but just didn’t get a chance to take a picture – the flames match the yellow wheels.
The flames do get attention so now I am seen on the road!

Rajron, those flames look great! Do you have them on the side too or just the front?
Thanx - I only have flames on the front cowling.
Yep, the flames really complete the picture - your Buddy looks much better with them on!
Thanx- I agree with you in that it completes the picture
Sweet!
Where did you get the stickers?
Thanx – I got the flames from: http://www.magneticflames.com/
Indecently I went to my local scooter shop New Urban Transport and saw the Buddy 125’s bigger brother the Blur – It is a much more mature scoot, a cross between a motorcycle and a scooter – for me I like the little brother more because the Blur seems too serious of a machine like a motorcycle in disguise.
And, I asked about accessories for the Buddy. They told me the parts are in the USA but are still in Chicago, I guess a distribution center – take that for what its worth.
