Attaching (light) items to the front without a front rack?

Post by Yalzin »

Has anyone done that? I was thinking about attaching a sleeping bag (or pad, or something similarly light) to the front, but I don't have a front rack. I'm also not super thrilled about spending $130 towards a front rack.

Don't bother without a rack up there?

Alternatively, anyone know of a cheaper rack I could buy? :)

Id say go ahead and strap it to the front
Just dont cover the headlight.
And if it covers the turn sigs, then use your arm for turn sigs.
Good luck.
Ps, for safety's sake, I always run the highbeams, day or night.
You WANT people to see you.
