Blur Rear Rack?

Post by HanShan »

Anyone know where I could buy a Blur rear rack? I only found it on Scooter Dynasty and never ordered from them. Are they an OK company?

Have you tried scooterloungeonline? I've ordered from them several times and have never had any problems with my orders.

Thanks! No idea why I could not find it on their site when I looked. Their web site results layout is weird so i think I just missed it.

I just ordered my rack from the lounge and was wondering what you guys used for hardware. All of the bolt shearing talk on here is unnerving since I fully plan to get a topcase for my daughter to lean against.

I've never had any of the bolts for my rack shear off, but one threaded hole did get it's threads stripped when the bolt loosened up with the resulting vibrations and movement stripping the threads. I fixed it by tapping the hole to the next size up bolt. When I reassembled everything, I made sure to use blue threadlock on all the bolts and haven't had a problem since.

Back ordered everywhere, so looks like I will not be getting one after all.

I've a friend that may be looking for one for her 220, I'll get in touch with her and get back to you...
