Buddy 150 International quits when I hit bumps

I'm about out of ideas here. I have a Buddy 150 international that I love, but the engine quits when I hit any bumps. I pulled the carburetor and cleaned it but it still seems to have the issue. I 'm hoping that someone on here might be able to help me out. I do have a video clip of the problem, though I can't post it here. Pretty much shows the engine running fine at idle and then I shake the scooter a little and the engine dies.
