Hi all,
Replaced the hub oil seal. Now I see oil on inside wall of tyre and just wondering what other places it leaks gbox oil from.
Gearbox oil is not overfull.
Pattern of oil spray appears hub area but outside of brake back plate dry.
Any help appreciated

Don't run the motor if it is on the side stand. At All... The gear oil splashes up the vent and gets into to the vent tube and drips down inside the hub saturating your inner hub, brake shoes and brake drum.
Then out the bottom and onto your rim and tire.

you're welcomed. it happened to me and the forum here told me the same thing. I had to remove the hub and clean it all up. I had no rear brakes as it all was covered in oil.
i still use the side stand, but put it on center when starting and running.
Turn off the motor, then slap it down on the side stand. all good. No more oil on the tire and I got rear brakes now.
