Noob Buddy 170i owner here just saying hi!

Post by pacifent »

Hello! I am the new owner of a 2017 Buddy 170i. Very excited about it. I haven't brought her home yet, as the dealer is installing a shield and topcase for me. I haven't been on a two-wheeled anything since I owned a Yamaha Riva 180 fresh out of high school back in '86! I got this as a gift to myself for graduating grad school recently. I look forward to lurking and learning here as I ease myself into the scooter lifestyle. My wife wanted me to test the waters first before she jumps in, but I believe it won't take a lot of convincing for her to want one of her own. I will be posting a pic of the bike as soon as I get her home from the shop. Thanks for allowing me to jump on board!

Welcome! You have every right to be excited because the Buddy scooter is just flat out fun to ride! Not to big, not to small and plenty fast enough for all 'round use. Dont forget to fill in your location, because you may have others in your area.
