I did the same poll last month:
here's the results...

It came out as 75% regular, and 25% premium.

Low combustion engines like the 125 do not need high combustion fuel.
It creates extra heat and burns the same in terms of mpg.

After the last gas discussion I switched from premium to regular and I have found there to be no noticeable difference in performance or mpg either up or down.

I've bought a tank full of premium gas once before while gas was still 3.10 or 3.20 a gallon, didnt notice any improvement of power or mpg. Still got 80-90mpg.
