Back in the saddle

Post by ScootLemont »

ok... had my xrays on Monday (from my ATV kick starting accident) & have two broken (but not all the way through) bones in my foot - so I have been off the Rattler for 7 days.
Doctor has me in a "walking cast" (velcro thing) & told me to take it easy but not worry about walking on it as long as I dont over do it.
Todays my birthday so I un-velcro'ed went for a quick 6 mile ride - that felt good!

I am a big boy & I understand the risks... I know... if I lay it down, I will probably hurt my foot much worse... I dont need a medical lecture, but I think you get to take a little extra risk on your birthday.

It was great to be on two wheels again! :D
