Scoot to Work Day....

Post by Pita1963 »

Not sure if this is national, or just a local thing here in Denver, but:

"Scoot to Work Day - Denver"

....June 14th, Free Gas from 10am-noon for all scooterists that scoot up to Circle K @ 1300 W Colfax Ave.

Got this off of the Scarab BBS :

Everyday for me too. Parking is a nightmare and my commute is 42 miles round trip. The truck is always on loan and my car gets around 9 miles to the gallon. Scoot just makes more sense for daily transportation.

i brought up the scoot to work day with my boss. last week the "bike to work" people got free breakfast burritos and scones!!

scooting to work warrants breakfast burritos and scones! right? :(

I'm not so sure those two things are supposed to be eaten together... Maybe cinnamon rolls and broccoli spears with ranch.

Yeah, anything but that. I was talking about how horrible orange juice tastes after brushing your teeth and both my dad and my sister had no idea what I was talking about. How can you not notice that?! I guess everyone's different.

I use natural toothpaste, so I don't have a problem with the orange juice anymore :P

Isn't June 14 a Saturday?

That doesn't make much sense as a scoot to work day?

What's the July ride to work day? Anyone?

Burritos and churros, one of the greatest of the many great forms of fried dough on our planet.
