Chicago TV reporter crashes scooter live on TV

Post by ScootLemont »

Chicago area riders migh get a kick out of this....
Channel 7's very own Tracy Butler lays down a vespa

With all the news stories about scooters & gas lately, it had to happen sooner or later
EDIT - I just found out this is a couple years old

Not seeing the rest of the report, I'm guessing that the report was about alternative transportation due to gas prices. I would also guess that somewhere in there it was said that scooters are economical and "easy" to ride.

She probably just scared a few people away from scootering.

I saw this video about a year and half ago...it was about how simple it is to ride a scooter.

or scare them into taking safety courses...which wouldn't be a bad idea.

watching it again makes me think she was lucky to have crashed....... that was a city street she was recklessly heading for. she missed that bus by about 19 seconds.
