When running WOT is there a governor on the motor or is it actually at top rpms. It doesn't sound like it is running at a really high rpm. Just didn't want to do any damage to the motor. Thanks

I haven't found any evidence that there is a govenor on the BuckTen... but there usually is one programmed into the CDI box scooters use. I also haven't found any aftermarket CDIs for the 110, but I do look from time to time. Might get lucky one of these days.

So.... running it wide open, ok or damaging the motor? How long of WOT is ok?

if it's new you shouldn't be doing extended runs at WOT. however once broken in you should be ok - I hold mine wide open a few minutes at a time on my commute

I find once you're at speed on flat ground WOT isn't necessary anymore. Uphill is a different story.
