huh....
I took a look in the gallery.... looks like most of the rattler's dont have those - but coffeeborwn's blackcat does
Looks like most of the buddies have a similar piece & the blurs do as well

it was just two screws & the bolt that holds on the reflector - glad I got rid of it

Took mine off on day 2. I couldn't bare to think about riding around with a big KA-BOOM on my tail. Plus it looks silly sticking down like that.

My Roughhouse came with the flap. I never took mine off. If I ever find a cool sticker, I'll put it on there. I have noticed something else interesting though...

On the Genuine site, and most other pictures of both the Rattler and the Roughhouse, there is no rear rack. Instead there is that curved metal bar across the back. Mine came with an itty-bitty rear rack, and I don't think I've seen it for sale as an accessory anywhere. Unfortunately I don't have a picture at the moment.

I still have my tail on but after it gets painted (very soon), I also will be removing it.

the rear rack has been hard to come by this summer - scooterworks sells it but they havent had any all summer (& pulled it from their website)
I have traded emails with them a couple times & they say they are going to get them in again & it will be back on their site when they do - still waiting
If yours came with the rack and not the "wing" you are lucky!

it rains too much around here to take mine off, but it looks good though.
