Rattler stalling

Anyone know how long to warm up the 110? I let it it idle for about 10 minutes on an 85 degree day last week, then took it out. 3 blocks away at a busy intersection, it stalled. I was able to start it right up again though. Then about 10 minutes later, it did the same thing. But for the rest of my riding it was fine. It was only the second time I've taken it out since I bought it, only 30 miles on it. The stalling only happened when I came to a complete stop. I've been careful not to over-throttle and I've been staying under 35 also.

If you had the gas tank filled completely up, then it has a problem with the pressure and it causes it to stall. You can drill a hole somewhere in the cap to fix this, but I usually just dont fill it up all the way. If i do fill it up all the way just make sure to keep a little throttle on it when youre at a stop , just so it wont die. It will stop doing that once you burn some fuel off.

I read the postings on this site regarding that problem before I bought the Rattler, and while keeping that in mind, I made sure not fill the tank all the way (the stalling happened on half a tank). Maybe I should just stay on the the throttle a little at stops - until I've been out long enough (?) But on the other hand, I'm guessing you really shouldn't need to do this either.

when i first got my rattler an 07, it did that for the first tank and then after i put fresh gas in it it went away. maybe yours is the same.

Have you tried adjusting your air/fuel ratio? I've been having an issue with mine getting way too much air after I put a performance air filter and 90 jet on. It always sounds like it's going to stall at stoplights, so I give it a little gas and it's fine. I haven't gotten around to adjusting it yet. I am so tired of taking the stupid seat off! I might as well not bother bolting it down.

I have about 400 miles on mine and I have had no problems, except for the topping off the tank problem. I just avoid that by filling up 75% of the way.

Yes, I know I still have old gas in my tank. Maybe that's the problem - thanks. I'll look into those other possible issues also.

Funny you ask - my scooter is supposed to be picked up today to be serviced for that and the rear brake. I tested idle screw settings as well.
