special oil filter tool?

Hey all,

so I have this oil filter for my Buddy, and I have no idea what sort of tool I should be using to tighten it on. The one I removed required a regular socket wrench, but this thing is bizzare. Any ideas? Here's a picture:

I hate that type! Use the biggest flat head screwdriver you can find! Next time get the hex type from Scooterworks or a Piaggio/vespa dealer or, maybe, Scooter Parts Direct.
