Zippy 1 and pressure

Post by db »

I have a zippy one on the back, still stock on the front. I know it is 30 and 30psi, but the zippy has a 47psi on the side of the tire I believe I saw. Do I still just put 30psi in it or how much should I put in? Will it ride different with a 30psi in the front and a higher amount in the rear?

Put 30psi in both tires. The 47psi is likely the max rating for the tire, not the recommended pressure.

Tires will always be marked with the maximum they can hold. Always go by the sticker in the pet carrier for 30PSI.

It seems like car mechanics cant seem to understand this or they're too lazy. Everytime one of the cars in my family goes to a auto shop, the tires PSI is always filled WAY over the recommended pressure in the car manual/sticker.
