The whitewalls run about $35 or less per tire (you can look them up online; they're made by Shinko). Plus, add in labor for at least the tire replacement (not a good DIY project!) and whatever else...

I think the panel swaps are becoming so popular that a lot of dealers are stocking or ordering extra panels. A lot, I know, are ordering Buddies from Genuine this way (or requesting extra panels when the scoots ship). I hope there's a good supply of panels in a warehouse somewhere...
