I passed! I passed!

Post by C2 »

How-do all,

I just had to gloat for a moment and say I just passed my MSF class! And the best part? They let me do it on my Buddy! There were two of us "Scooter People" in the class, but they only have a single Vino 125. I knew this last week, so when I showed up yesterday for Pt 1, I asked them if it would be OK to use Tang, and they agreed (after checking the registration and insurance of course).

Anyway.... it feels good to be legit. Now I just need to wait for my paperwork to show up and I can get my "real" license... and call my insurance agent and get my rate lowered!

Here is a shot of Tang out on the blacktop in-between exercises.

Congrats!

I wish I could have used my scooter when I did mine! It was in another town, though. I had to ride a pink Honda Metro, it was awkward to ride because the handle bar was so low.

Gloat away! Feels great doesn't it? Passing the MSF and getting my MC license is still a wonderful source of pride for me.

Congrats!

And your ride looks sharp, too. Like the matching topcase.

I took my course on one of their bikes, too. SO glad I did, because I learned to actually ride a motorcycle (with shifting gears!), not just an automatic scooter. Now I can ride my husband's bike as well as mine! :D

Awsome. I feels great when you pass the MSF corse and get your motorcycle endorsment. For me that was a better day than when I first got my drivers license.

congratulations! when I took the MSF course I rode there on my little buddy 50. I obviously couldn't take the course out it but everyone got a kick out of the little scooter parked next to the instructors giant harleys

congrats!! I wish I had an option of taking the MSF test on a scooter. It would have made all the difference. Oh well. My MVA test is in 2 weeks.
