Post by KCScooterDude »

I want to start doing my own maintenance. Is there a shop manual available?

Ha, just posted it in another thread yesterday

http://2strokebuzz.com/temp/GMAXservice.pdf

That's my server and it's a big file, so please right-click to download rather than reading it online.

I dunno why that's no on MB with the other manuals, I'll let eric know.

Is there a shop manual for the 220? Those manuals indicate the 150 Blur but not the 220.

Not that I know of. Most of the info would be the same aside from the fuel injection, I would think.

Maybe the PGO site would have it, but maybe not in english.

I wonder if my dealer would be able to hook me up with one. Barring that, I wonder if Genuine would sell me one.

Hi guys.

Can't find a copy of the service manual yet, but here's a link into the 220 section of the PGO site. The page contains a 27 numbered links to exploded parts diagrams, part numbers, etc.

Happy reading.....

I would imagine it's mostly the same, though the specs for the top end (Cylinder, crank, piston, etc) are different, and the 220 has EFI. As far as oil changes and such, I'd imagine they're the same (though volume of lubricants may vary, I always measure what I take out and put the same back in rather than trusting the manual anyway). The air filter is different, but works the same way.

The body's exactly the same from what I can tell.
