Sidecar or Sissybar for Buddy?

Post by slarcker »

Anyone ever look into finding/installing a sidecar for their Buddy? I'm curious about the possibility/cost/hassle involved with this...

Or how about a sissy bar?

As I understand it (and I preface this by saying I have no real mechanical experience), the Buddy doesn't have the torque to support a sidecar.

"Sissy bar" in the Search gave me this among the results: viewtopic.php?t=717&highlight=mod+buddy

There isn't any readily available sidecar that attaches to the Buddy, nor are there readily available attachment points for it. It probably would really slow the bike down quite a bit too.

Thanks guys - I'll look into the sissy-bar option.
