Hard to tell but I think I'd go with 2T.

4T in that color has a brown seat, That seat is black.

It's a steering damper, makes it easier to keep the rig going straight without having to fight the handlebars.

I have an '09 2T. Same color. It came with a black seat and blackwall tires, though the picture on Genuine's site showed whitewall tires. I replaced the tubeless blackwalls (they were a real pita to get off, due to the stiff sidewall and tight bead seal of tubeless tires) and put on Shinko whitewalls. I also got the light brown seat from Scooterworks. I wore out the tires that came on it on my Vino 125.
