Free deadlight adapter! We have a round two winner.....

Post by Lil Buddy »

Tis the season of giving and thus, I'd like to give away one deadlight adapter (Running, Blinker or BOB... your choice). If you'd like to receive one, just reply to this post (no pm's please). I'll put all the names in a hat and draw one winner. All I'll need from the winner is your address and choice of adapters. Deadline to enter will be Thursday 22nd at 12am PST.

Good luck everyone!

* All of the names were entered into a bowl, one name was drawn. And the winner is...... Tocsik! Congratulations. Please PM me your shipping address and which adapter you would like to receive. Thanks everyone for your interest. *

** Please scroll down to read Tocsik's post (link below). You may still have a chance to win a free Running Light Adapter! **

It is that time of year. Over the weekend my wife and I had the cashier put ten bucks worth of groceries on our register when a lady didn't have enough money to cover her bill and was removing (human) food items and not cat food. She really could have spared to put some of the cat food back but elected human food instead.

I haven't given a deadlight adapter a try yet so sign me up!

I'd like to thank The Academy.....

So, I'm one of those guys who would say "I never win anything!"
This is extremely cool.
I'm getting the B.O.B. combo adapter for my prize and my plan is to "pay it forward".
I have a regular running light adapter installed now and when I get the B.O.B. adapter installed, I'm going to have Lil Buddy draw a second name from the hat. The winner of this drawing can have my running light adapter for free!

I want to wait until I'm sure I have what I need to make the new set-up work before giving away my old adapter (more LED's or possibly a universal relay).

I hope no one minds a used running light adapter as a prize.

Love it.

This was actually my plan as well - to upgrade and pay it forward.

Which also means I already have a running light adapter :). Consider my name a 'draw again' card please! Good luck everyone!

I just installed the BOB that I bought myself for Christmas. Another added feature -- it will now be immediately apparent that I've left the key in the ignition in the ON position after I park in the garage. I usually carry my purse in the pet carrier, so I have to pop the top when I get home. After bundling up my stuff, I've walked into the house more than once with the key still in the bike.
