Rally Report: El Scoot de Tucson IV

I just published the rally report from the Sky Island Riders' 4th annual, one-day rally. I included a brief synopsis of each of the first 3 El Scoots. I thought there might be some who would want to see how another rally in another part of the country happened.

I've attached an image of the event patch. Third was the Tucson Truck Terminal, or "Triple-T' for short. 4th Avenue was logical for this one. No idea what were gonna do for the 5th.
