Open your seat, then open the little trap door at the bottom of the storage compartment. Hello carburetor.

generally these things tend to be located on the engine somewhere. but i am not an expert. i would check there first, however

At what point does a hobby become an addiction? I'm uncertain, but after the twelfth scooter, it sorta feels like the latter...
