I have no experience with that particular bag, but I've owned the inexpensive Dowco sport saddlebags and their quality was very good. I was VERY happy with them.

Can't comment on that bag as I have the small size Prima roll bag on my 170i's front rack. I used plastic zip ties to fasten it on as I garage the bike every night so I don't have to worry about theft. It looks good and works very well. I use the zippered side pockets to hold 2 water bottles and the main compartment can accomodate my lunch, camera and a thermos of coffee. I highly recommend it.
