A biger cruser in the future (a passing thought)

Post by COYOTE102076 »

Just a random thought here, but was curious if anyone
knows or has heard a rumor of Genuine adding a large
cruser bike to the line up anytime in the remotely near
future. (Say, next 3 or 4 years)

The Blur, to my eyes, is more of a mid size bike with a
mid size motor.
I was thinking maybe along the lines of a 300cc Liquid Cooled
model that could give the awesome Honda Forza a hard
run for it's money. Honda Forza is $5,300 on the dealership floor! :?
If genuine could build one pricing things like they do they could build
it (better!) and sell it for $4,250 they would have the market nailed.

Just thinking out loud. Again. :)

Why wait?

You would not have to wait....these are amazing scoots right at or below your price point. 8)

You will find many rumors on this site over the past several years about Genuine developing a cruising scooter with PGO of Taiwan (though nobody else called it a "biger cruser" ). The reality is that project does not seem to be coming to fruition anytime soon, if ever. The idea has developed such mystical proportions that you will see it sometimes referred to as the "unicorn".

Ha ha ha! Thanks Dooglas. So I guess if I get a 2nd larger scoot,
looks like I am going to have to find a good used Jap one then.

Nothing AGANST Kymco directly, just way overpriced
in the larger 300cc class is all. For the same price as a
new 300cc Kymco I can buy (and have found) a used
2013 Honda Forza for $3000 on the nose with all of
35X miles on it.

Of course, byt the time I get ready to BUY one (6 months from now)
that one will be gone. But there are always others. :)

Black 2007 BV250 with only 700 miles on it. Not a bad thing to consider.
