I like the rugged barebones look of these scoots and of course the legendary Honda reliability.

Can't say for sure what it is, but I can tell with certainty that the machine in Question is *NOT* a Honda Ruckus. It looks more like a Chinese 50cc 4-stroke air-cooled GY6 derivative with trashed bodywork.
