I’m not one to cut corners but I think I’m going to leave two screws off the head.

They are the ones that are the closest to the front and the most difficult to access. I was able to put the two others in without much problem.

Head assembly seems to stay on fine without those two screws and you have the one screw on the silver headlight piece keeping the front in place. The thing is I access the head so many times I probably add 40 minutes to my repairs just to get those two screws in and out.

I think the head should have been designed better. It looks like it was not meant to be removed and I think one of the plastic clips is even broken from removing it so many times.

I just had my headlight blow out one day after getting my brake cable replaced so I’m opening it up again.

Anyone think it’s ok to just leave the two screws off?
