Please join me in welcoming and congratulating our newest ModernBuddy Moderator: polianarchy!

Poli has been a longtime MB member and has always impressed with her smarts, wit, and tact.

One of the first MB Moderators, Ellen (who joined the forum the same day I did), has decided to step down. Ellen was—and continues to be—a valued member to the forum. The success of MB is due in no small part to her contributions.

Thanks very much for the warm welcome, y'all. I hope I'm able to maintain the awesomely high standard Eric, Jess, Ellen, John, and Illnoise have set. This is definitely the coolest and least-dramatic forum I've ever been a member of, so I look forward to not really doing all that much.

On the contrary! I find the endless finger-pointing and drama-mongering groupthink on other forums to be just awful boring. The mix of light-hearted joking and serious discussion found here on ModBud is far more interesting.

I'm just getting to know who's who around here but definintely agree with you that this is one of (if the the) best forum as far as people respecting, etc each other. I love that about it here.
