When scooterists get bored...
We play with photoshop.
After playing with ideas to personalize the RoughHouse with the stock image I came up with something silly.
Now I can't look at the scooter and NOT picture this.

Brilliant. You have to do it. It's so subtle, it took me a second to see the "teeth" I want to see non-Photoshopped pics when you're done.

I'm sorry, I didn't mean to give the impression that I thought it would be a good idea to do it or express any openings for thoughts of remorse or self contemplation. By submitting that post, you fully committed yourself to changing your roughouse to a pedestrian offending hound dawg.
There's just no getting around it. You have my deepest sympathies if this is something you're having second thoughts about, but once you hit that "Post" button, that was it. You're done. You have an obligation to the internet to follow through. Think of all the let down cheeky scooterists that'd be completely disappointed in you, were you not to go through at this point. Showing what could be and then never following though is NOT how dreams are accomplished! You must do this; not for you or your family; but for the betterment of scooter-kind and cheeky bastards everywhere.
There is a fine line to obtaining awesomeness and mirthdom, if you walk up to that line and never cross it, would you truly be able to live with that kind of regret? Would you!?!

Buy a nice wide strip of vinyl decal at a sign shop and then just draw/cut the teeth out and stick them on. That would probably be much easier than painting.Knox wrote:I'm weary of paining, maybe a sticker of some kind... I dunno how I'd accomplish it. Man, the peer pressure here
But, I agree, you must do this now. The future is in your hands. Won't someone please think of the children?

So, you done yet? I need to see the pictures to restore my faith in humanity. Also, you should consider googly-eyes for when it's parked, and maybe an overly huge spiked collar, though I'm not certain of the placement on that one.

I still haven't seen confirmation or denial of this being done. It's really not up for discussion. If you're not sure about techniques to do it, ask away. If you're worried about upsetting the resale value, use vinyl adhesive-backed sheets. Make it temporary if you must; but it has to been done.
There comes a certain amount of responsibility to posting on the internet, and many people revel in the anonymous status that their post grant. This is one of those cases that crosses that line. You, sir have stepped too far. You've gone far past the rankings of "that'd be neat" to "THIS MUST BE DONE!"
I'm sorry that you're still regretting your original posting with only a tongue-in-cheek idea; only to be burdened with the solemn resolution that you literally have no choice at this point.
If you want to redeem yourself and all of scooterdom for that matter, you *must* follow-through and make the googly-eyed-pedestrian-eater. There's materials out that that can make this just a temporary modification, but once you do it, you'll want to make it permanent. If nothing else than for the "no one would steal a bike that stands out that much!) mentality".
The ball's in your court, don't let your inter-family down

I hope you're ok! I know you've been really busy working on this, but the suspense is kinda killing me. Take a break, relax. I'm sure you're getting way too far into this. You've got to pace yourself. About how much longer till it's done?
You didn't really think I'd let that go, did you? I mean...c'mon! You can't just show us a picture of greatness then leave us to wither away in bewilderment, can you!? That's just not right!
Seriously for a moment here. If you need help/advice, please feel free to ask. I'm sure many of us here are willing to help you out, give pointers, etc. If for some reason you can't monsterize your scoot, you should at least find another scooterist to carry on with the righteous shenanigans you've started (I'd kinda be ashamed to let someone else ride "the greatness" but that's just me).
RAWRS! (and yes, you should take that as your vanity plate, should you bring us "the greatness")
