Zombie Scooter Madness!
Did I get you attention? Ok there is all this talk about zombies on this forum. I love it. But I think we finally need to do something about it. We need to organize...err, ok...I just want to make some stickers.
This is the deal, you help me come up with a great name/design. I get the stickers made. You send me a SASE (self addressed stamped envelope) and you get a free sticker. I just want to see scooters all over with a zombie sticker on 'em. . But the name has to deal with zombie, undead, living dead, etc and scooters. Granted if all of this is just a silly idea then we can just let the thread fade away and I will just post later when the zombies rise and mention that we should have done something when I brought it up earlier .
Here are the first three I came up with. I tend to like #1 the best thus far. If most everyone likes #1 we can go with that.
1. Zombie Outbreak Scooter Patrol
2. Zed Head Scooter Club
3. Zombie Apocalypse Scooter Survivalist

SPAZ SPAZ SPAZ!! where shall i send my self addressed stamped envelope??
i can't wait to watch Zombie Bikers from Detroit!! but i'm saving it for when i get my new pad and all you atxers come on over!!
p.s. i had a discussion with a (ahem...dumb) girl about why zombies are a much bigger threat than tornadoes and hurricanes. pffft, what a douchebag that girl was. tornadoes and hurricanes cannot compare to the brain hungry and undead zombie hordes!!

Yeah, tornadoes and hurricanes run their course and are done in a matter of seconds or at most hours.madtolive wrote:SPAZ SPAZ SPAZ!! where shall i send my self addressed stamped envelope??

Zombies are relentless. If they get a foothold - or any sort of hold - they just persist until all life is undead.
Now I just scared myself. If only I had my SPAZ membership card and mini flaming torch to wield. Yipes!

SEE? I told you I was scared. Now I'm all frazzled and I can't find my Zombie-attack TPS reports anywhere.Kaos wrote:no, not a mini-torch! everyone knows the only thing worse than a zombie out for your brains is a FLAMING zombie out for your brains!
I apologize in advance if they get to me first and then I'm one of the targets of SPAZ.
Oh, I remember now. The flaming torch was because I'm afraid of the dark.
I needed the instant quicksand pit for the Zombies.

I still remember the Super Abnormal Phenomenon Survival guide (SAPS) from the old Eerie comics which covered zombies along with all other sorts of evil monsters.
I also would put forth the following:
Post Apocalyptic Zombie Survival Scooter (not necessarily a good acronym friendly title, but who wouldn't want that on their scoot? Especially if it includes a scooter silhouette with a .50 cal MG mounted on it!).

Nice badge!my friends and i were looking to name a scooter gang and we thought about some zombie reference. we ended up with a historical reference. Robber Baron Scooter Society

whatever we call ourselves, i'd like it to include the word "survivalist". because that word somehow denotes total nutball to me. and i like that.
if i'm not a post apocalyptic zombie survivalist, then i don't what i am.

Post Apocalyptic Zombie Horde Survivalist Scooter has a nice ring to it....if i'm not a post apocalyptic zombie survivalist, then i don't what i am.
Or perhaps a dual-layered title is in order? Something like:
Scooter Survivalist: The Post-Apocalyptic Zombie Horde will not catch me!
Not so much a group as a statement....
Swoopy Bangs Survivalist Scoot!if i'm not a post apocalyptic zombie survivalist, then i don't what i am.

What we have here is a failure to communicate.
I think we need an acronym, not an abbreviation.
That said...
PAZS is hard to say
ZS PAS is tough too
We agree, at least the voices here with me and me, that we need Survivalist, Zombie, Post, Apocalyptic and Scooter in the name. And maybe Hoard or Movement or League or Force in there.
That means we can have...
SZPASH
SZPASM
SZPASF
Then mix them up...
ZASSPF
ZASSPM
ZASSPH
SSAZPF
and so on.
My best shot at it is...
Zombie Post Apocalyptic Scooter Brigade
Post Apocalyptic Zombie Obliteration Scooter Patrol
I can't figure it out.
Maybe we just need a symbol.
Hmmmm.

I like this. I also agree that "survivalist" is a kick ass word.sotied wrote: Maybe we just need a symbol.
Hmmmm.
How about a symbol that we could somehow represent with our hands like a gang sign and then simply the word "survivalist" underneath it.
Then when people ask, we just flash the sign and say "if you don't know, then you don't know."

Are you talking about the undead that destroy Defenders of Youth?Kaos wrote:How about Band of Undead Destroying Defenders of Youth. B.U.D.D.Y!
Or did you mean Band of Undead-Destroying Defenders of Youth?
Those are two COMPLETELY different groups.

What if the zombies are the reanimated corpses of bunny rabbits? Are they really still zombies?
And can zombies actually ride scooters? I mean, they are pretty pathetic just kind of shuffling along as it is. So how do they ride?
