funny as heck, but poor guy! I'm glad he wasn't thrown off or rolled under.

EDIT: I should read more carefully, damn eyes. I should have said "I'm glad you weren't thrown off or rolled under. It probably doesn't matter, but I still have some anal retentiveness.

yep there were a few times when, we were leading the tank that I tought I might fall out of the lead truck and fall under the tank. I was holding on for dear life.

I can only imagine what your shoulders/back must feel like after that!!

I have an immense amount of respect for SteadiCam ops, but I only had to hire one or two. More frequently, we'd bring in a CamMate and get some funky crane shots -- but obviously, that doesn't work in the field so well.

Not trying to steal the topic, but it seems there are a good amount of us in the Audio/Video trades. I do music and audio production for a studio so I'm out on a lot of shoots rocking the Boom.

Was the Camera OK? It looked like it took a few good hits.

There are a lot of us in the audio/video bidness. I am a video editor and photographer. Something about riding a scooter appeals to creative people.
