Now that it's the weekend can you do this easy experiment?
I posted this poll Monday but the time limit on the poll ran out too soon.(Yikes) I only got seven responses! With over 2,900 MB members do only seven of you have access to your Buddy?
The deal: Could help me confirm or deny my wheel is free-wheel spinning properly.
The test: Put your Buddy on its center stand, then tilt the scooter back on its rear tire by lifting up on the bottom of a front shock so the front wheel comes off the ground. Now give the front wheel a fairly strong spin and count the number of full revolutions it makes (count the number of times the tire pressure valve rotates). Then enter your vote here. Thanks!
If you've already voted, no need to again.
Also, if you have time, indicate in a post how many miles is on your Buddy.
Mine (880 miles) only spins a little more than one time then stops. That is a lot of friction in my opinion. I'm sure gas mileage is suffering because of it.

You can set the duration of a poll when you do the original post. It's in the options at the bottom.

My '08 St. Tropez, with about 500 miles, got about 2. Holding it up and reaching down to spin made it a bit awkward - I wasn't spinning as hard as I could. I did it 3 times: I got about 1.8 revolutions, 2 revolutions and about 2.2 revs. I don't know if it makes a difference, but this was cold - the scooter hasn't been ridden today.
