NOT freeway legal, my new scooter

Post by Alix B »

While some people have been caught off guard by this model--it's not new. It's a six year old import, with German and English influences.

Top speed: As fast as the squirrels can go
MPG's: Pretty efficient, but I can't read the odometer. Uses all natural fuel though, breaking away from the reliance on oil reserves.
EMISSIONS: stinky, California might not approve
Extra's: Great horn, mimics a dog barking, which always catches peoples attention
Great traction in the rain!
But, it isn't freeway legal.

Great news, I hear my real scooter is on the way home, tomorrow.

I do not know about Virginia but, I am pretty sure that what I am looking at is not legal in Ohio on several levels.

Well, there's not any horsepower to it, let's just leave it at that.

Or did you Dave?

I've got to change my profile. I'm a Mainer now. This is perfectly, wicked cool.

Does he/she come with center stand drainage or side stand?

Very sweet. :)

I am not certain but I think Pit Bulls are to hot for Ohio?

Those handlbars seem a little floppy. But at least they look cushy.

Sharp eye for detail!
You must have noticed then how streamlined the "bike" itself is.

I was going to ask what grade of gas it takes, but it probably makes gas instead.

I'm pretty sure Prima makes an exhaust for that model. Installing it I hear can be a little painful and violating to your new "scooter" though.

Watch out for blueing on the pipe. That means he may be running to lean and if you think the tailpipe sounds painful imagine how bad the rejet is going to hurt. OWWW

Hehehe. Funny you should say that. It was my girlfriends birthday and I actually did take pictures of our activities last night although I am not sure this is the right site to share them. I can assure you that it was completely legal as far as I know.
