Is it ok if I start a terminology thread for us newbies?

Post by Catalyst »

I didn't see one in my search, and I've noticed some terminology that I didn't recognize.

I really LOVE the term CAGER!!! It was the second time I saw it that I realized what it was! I suggested Spooky and I spread the term amongst bicyclists as well, the only terms cyclists have for cagers are not fit for innocent ears.

I'm most definitely going to use that one in every day speech from now on. It's awesome and totally appropriate.

So, what other terms are there that folks use in the scooter world? I'm ready to expand my vocabulary. :)

WOT - Wide Open Throttle 1. Holding the throttle full open for full acceleration. 2. Check preformed when main Carb jetting.

If that's what happens when you hit the EMO button (in the introduction thread)

PLEASE STOP! DON'T DO IT!

And people wonder why I homeschool!
