Good job, it looks cool [for a woman's Buddy :D ] I can see it filled with
stuff after a visit to the farmer's market on a Saturday.

How did you attach it to the rack?

I had to take the front panel off, poke out the little holes and screw it on there's little holes in the frame to screw in to.

The scary part was poking out the little holes. I had to use a blade and cut the little plastic thingies to open up the holes. They said that when they do it at the shop, they use a drill.

I had my front rack installed at the dealer when I bought the scoot.

When doing the signal mod I had to take off the front rack, then cover. I
noticed that they must have used a screwdriver to punch out the holes
because one of the openings has a scratch.  :? :(

The screwdriver must have slipped. Fortunately, when the rack is
mounted one cannot see the scratch. But still. :x

So if you did your install without marking up the cover, hats off to you.Image

Nope, no marks :D

They said they would install it for free, but I didn't want to bring it down there. I'll probably get the chrome rear rack when I take it in for the first service and have them put it on.
