Does the male wire pair (green/blacK + yellow) connect to the area pointed to by the arrow? If so, then it is indeed the carb. (Notice that there's a pair
of wires at the top of the pic that match the colors on your male wire pair).
If that's the case, do the male/female connectors look compatible?
