More Arizona Off-Road Buddy Riding w/pics

Post by Howardr »

Saw a drive recommended by AZ Highway Magazine, it looked nice, so I decided to ride it on the Buddy. This ride wasn't nearly as difficult as the ride I did a few months ago, up the logging road, but it was beautiful. The worst part was 20 miles of some of the worst washboards I've ever ridden/driven on. There was also some sandy patches, just in case I got sleepy on the washboards.
As with last time, the Buddy performed admirably. I don't recommend going out into the wilderness alone, but it's nice to know that if you do, your Buddy will probably be able to get you out.

This warning, I didn't expect.

About a 40 foot drop, next to the single lane road.

I did find the cemetery from a ghost town, but I drove around until I was low on fuel, but couldn't find what is left of the town itself.

Had great fun,
