Tube to Tubeless Conversion

Post by Tazio »

What do I have to do if anything to use a tubeless tire on my 2007 Buddy that came with tube type whitewalls? Does the tube valve hole have to be enlarged to accomodate the tubeless valve?

The 2007 italia was the same as all other buddies rim wise. It just had tubed tires put on since those were the only whitewalls Genuine had at the time. The rim itself works tubed or tubeless, just slap on some tubeless tires and you'll be fine.

PGO designed the rims to work both ways on the 125/150.

Thanks,

That's what I thought but just wanted to be sure. I just didn't want any surprises when I go to install the new tubeless tire.
