Removing the front interior panel

Post by LuvMyScoot »

Can anyone tell me how to remove the front interior panel, the one with the glove box? I tried doing a search but the search isn't working right now (it's in debug mode). Anywho, I was going to paint all of my interior panels but have decided against it based on the advise of others. I am now determined to paint the Queen crest from "A Day At The Races" on the front interior but I can't figure out how to get the darned thing off. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If it's just the front of the glove box that you want to paint, there should be a few (4 maybe) screws holding it on from under the front horn cover panel. If you want more of the interior off, you'll have to take off pretty much all the plastic.
