[NBR] Scooter with flame thrower

I'm posting this despite recent sensible comments about aggressive cagers and self defense on a scooter. Do not try this at home. Or anywhere. Not DOT approved.

I love how he needs the helmet for the ladder but not for riding the scooter like a psyco.
