Arlene Battishill, the founder of GoGo Gear, was in the Twin Cities recently and recorded a couple of Just Gotta Scoot podcast episodes. The first one is posted at:

I was impressed with the jackets that Arlene brought and am glad to see that there are finally some choices for women who want protection while riding but don't want to look like a Power Ranger.
