Hey everyone!
I know that this post has been done over and over, but I've searched through the forums and can't quite find the answer to my question. I've got almost 10k on my Blackjack since Feb 2011, and I'm working on getting parts together to do a massive upgrade. I'm kind of a tinkerer, and I'm looking for a good summer project.
I've already got the NCY 62mm Ceramic Cylinder Kit for 177.5cc's and I'm getting the bigger head and carb, along with the NCY transmission. My question is this: I just found on Scooterworks the NCY +2.2mm Stroker crank, and I was wondering if that would also fit into the big bore kit. I understand how it all works, but I'm kinda worried about the stroker fitting. Will it make the piston hit the head? I can't really find much information about installing this stroker.
Thanks for all of the help!
P.S. I know I'm going to have to bore the case and I'm also considering just buying the pre-bored case from Scooterworks. Any input on this would be welcomed too!

Sorry nobody has hit you back yet, though Im sure some wrenchers will chime in soon. I just had to say that project sounds BADASS. You are going to have a freakin screamer! Good Luck!

Great! Thanks for the input! So I found out that the 2.2mm stroker crank needs the 2mm spacer and there's a company called SYC Powersports that makes them. I'm also looking into other places where I can get the spacer. But so far, this is what I plan to do:
NCY coated Intake
30mm Carb
61mm NCY Head
62mm Ceramic Big Bore Cylinder
+2.2mm Stroker Crank
NCY Performance Cam
NCY Oil Decompression tube
NCY Super Transmission
13g Dr. Pully Sliders
4.25in Fuel Filter
If anyone has any input or suggestions please let me know! I only have a few of the parts so far, but I will definitely post pictures once I do the install. Thanks!

I have done plenty of work like this, just not on a blackjack.
If you are doing the crank; you have to tear apart the cases anyway; so, unless that pre-bored case is any stronger Just get your stock one bored at a local machine shop. Take your time with assembly, and check all your clearance numbers. DON'T trust it just because its new...CHECK IT.
And then have fun with the torture of breaking in the little monster...

I think the 30mm carb is too big, 26mm or 28mm keihin PE would be best for everyday usability/driveability, considering that you ride 10k miles a year. To make sure don't run a carb that is larger then the intake valve, it should be smaller by a few mm at least. On the intake side the smallest point should be the venturi of the carb. If you have a bottle neck after the carb you'll lose driveability. Also add a oil cooler too, you'll need that for sure.
