I know this isn't Genuine related, but has anyone taken a look at the SYM USA website lately? It's totally FUBARed. The link header won't load, and most of the pages are simply missing. Is this an omen?
Have a look.

Parts availability, at least, has improved. I know someone who was recently at the warehouse and found a lot of parts that were unavailable until recently. They've stocked it up.brianwheelies wrote:I work for a SYM dealer. They are alive and kicking.
I wish they would get a handle on their parts prices though.
This.Syd wrote:the sym-usa domain is probably owned by Carter Brothers in AR. I t was kept pretty current until some time after the fire, when it reverted to what you see today. To the best of my knowledge, neither SYM or Alliance has any control over what is shown there.
