It's a bummer that Obi-Wan was arrested on hit-and-run driving because I was hoping he could teach me to use the force in my riding. Now I have to rely upon Darth Vader but that is OK because Darth has already told Obi-Wan that he is now a better scooterist than Obi-Wan:

"I've been waiting for you, Obi-Wan. We meet again at last. The circle is now complete. When I left you I was but the learner. Now I am the master."

Roseville police said two people complained of pain after the crash.

One of whom was actually injured.
