Those of you that have 2007 Buddys, check for oil leaks under your engine. I lost half of my engine oil during the past 2 weeks. My Buddy is in the shop today.
Several people here have reported this problem. Most people have reported that it took at least 6 weeks for the seals to come in from Genuine. I've started the count. Hopefully, Genuine ordered additional seals from PGO-Taiwan and carry a stock of them. My dealer states that this is the first Buddy to have anything like an oil leak or any other major problem.
Look on the rear rim for signs. Also, when your engine is cool, run you mechanics-gloved hand under the engine.

Oil Leak --- Still
I have the same problem on my '06 buddy. Oil all over the back tire and underneath the engine. Others have posted regarding leaks from overfill. Is it that or something else?

If you think your oil is leaking due to a bad seal or gasket, be very careful about riding the scoot at all. I recently heard of a Buddy with an oil leak that was made much worse when ridden. If you think you need a repair and can get roadside assistance to get you to the dealer (or your dealer to pick it up), that may be the way to go.
