Buddy (and others) sightings in Boulder, Colorado!

Post by velobuff »

While on our walk today to the Farmer's Market I saw some scooters as well as last night after dinner. Since I had my good camera, I decided to snap a few pictures of scooters in Downtown Boulder and put them in a blog post.

Enjoy!

Yeah, the ride started about an hours distance on my People 250 but I'd much rather had my Vino 125 during the ride. The big-wheeled 250 is too big for a relaxing in-town ride with new friends.

Hah ... so you were at Loveland on the closing weekend as well. I was there on Sat the 28th trying to use up the last ticket. This year's been so crappy it's not even funny. There were a bunch of people trying to sell their ticket, but it looked like everyone who was there was also trying to use up their ticket. Oh man...

Yeah. Ppl were selling their 4-pack tix for $10 a ticket. It was crazy. I have a season pass having learned to ski this year. I wish they were open on weekends because I think they just got more snow... There's always A-basin ;)

not to go too OT, but the problem is the "layers" of snow. because it's been so haphazard this year, you end up with ice underneath and after the thaw-freeze cycles. it's crappy :( i was at copper in april one day and it was kinda like that too. craziest thing though, is on copper closing day they got a TON of snow. the following days would undoubtedly been awesome... except that they're closed. lol the cruelty.
