You ride a scooter. It will work itself out.

But yeah WLA is meh for traffic. It's like they forgot how to make roads in certain parts of this city.

Anyone have links to successful helicopter or hover mods to a scooter? All I need is to be about 10 feet above the road...

"Some 37 traffic officers were stationed at 16 locations during the first week that two major 405 Freeway-Wilshire Boulevard ramps were closed, at a cost of an estimated $75,000-$100,000, a City spokesperson told Patch.

The traffic officers, meant to keep cars from blocking an intersection and enforce the right-of-way, were initially scheduled for the week of June 25-29, but officials decided to extend the deadline.

This week, there were 34 traffic officers at nine locations. Each week, officials will on an "as-needed" basis decide whether various intersections near the 405 are prone to gridlock. "

The first week that it was closed, it was just insane. There were also TOO MANY TRAFFIC OFFICERS and they didn't perfectly sync together every second...and some jerknugget inevitably thought he could take advantage of it. 4 out of 5 officers said "stop" and the guy goes straight cause the 5th officer didn't say 'stop" until 3 seconds later... People refused to be the "first car stopped" and it was just bonkers.

It is really crazy. I wish I had camera footage. I wasn't originally toooo worried because I'm on my Blur, but people have amped up the crazy driving (switching lanes 15 times in 5 seconds just in case one goes faster) that it's really the most unsafe I've ever felt in this area!
