Has anyone successfully changed a Diesel Mowie visor?!

Finally got the smoke visor for my Mowie and spent the better part of an hour failing to remove the stock clear one. Not a thing on that helmet budges and the manual is worse than useless. I did successfully manage to dig a scratch down one side with a screwdriver, though!

Has anyone been able to change their visor? What's the trick?

I read one review that mentioned in particular that it is hellish to remove the visor. The reviewer mentioned how much he enjoyed having to remove all those screws on each side of the helmet... So I don't know if that might point you in the right direction.
